Starting your own business isn't easy by any means. On top of the hundreds of things you already have to do just to get a business off the ground, let's throw legal documents on the pile.
I'm definitely not a legal expert by any means but this document seems like a pretty solid start for creating your websites Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. However, it's probably best if you seek out an actual lawyer and get them to write your Terms an Policies. If your like me, on a tight budget, then this might just work for the time being.
