This site allows you to easily create your own terms of service and privacy policy by simple entering your company name and state. It seems to be very short and very basic but it looks like a good starting point. Another generic terms of service agreement can be found at Ameriseal. It seems to be more detailed but doesn't fill in the blanks for you.
